Get ready for an exciting journey as you leave the bustling city of Delhi at 6:30 P.M., and embark on an overnight adventure to the scenic town of Manali. After checking in to your cozy hotel, take a refreshing break and unwind. After a hearty breakfast and gear up for a fun-lled day exploring Manali's charming attractions(self-exploration). Visit the famous Hidimba Temple, where the beautiful architecture will leave you awestruck. Take a stroll to the Jogni Waterfall, where you can soak up the fresh air and the soothing sound of water. Don't miss the picturesque Vashisht Temple and Mall Road, where you can shop for souvenirs or indulge in some local street food.
It's time to leave Manali and start an epic journey through the majestic snow-capped peaks of the western Himalayas. As you travel through the Atal Tunnel to the Lahaul Valley, you'll be mesmerized by the stunning Chandra River and the towering peaks that surround it. Today we will cover rst two lakes of this journey - Deepak Tal & Suraj Tal ( the source of the Bhaga river) Drive over Baralacha-La(4892 m) which is one of the most challenging passes among other passes on Leh Manali Highway, & offers breathtaking panoramic views. Reach Sarchu campsite by afternoon. Acclimatize yourself by walking & drinking water at regular intervals.
Get ready for an adventurous journey from Sarchu to Tsomoriri after breakfast at the campsite. Your drive to Leh will begin with the thrill of conquering the famous Gata Loops that feature 21 hairpin bends at an elevation of 4669m. Make a quick stop for lunch at Pang and continue the journey through the Moore Plains, a straight and attened road stretching over 30 km. Head to the Tso Kar Lake (4,530m) located nearby and witness how white salt eorescence is left behind by the saline water on the shores of the lake. Afterwards, head to Puga valley - home to several hot springs and mud pools. It is also known as a hub for generating geothermal energy
After breakfast, spend some quality time at Tso Moriri & start your thrilling journey towards the picturesque Pangong Lake Today we will cover three more untouched lakes of Ladakh - Kyagar Tso, Yaya Tso & Mirpal so. Drive towards Kaksang La pass (5,436m), a challenging route known for its rugged terrain and breathtaking views. Descend from Kaksang La towards Pangong Tso, experiencing a dramatic change in scenery as you approach the iconic lake renowned for its stunning shades of blue. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the sheer size of Pangong Lake, also known as the "lake of the great hollow". It is a crystal-clear, salty waters reect different shades of blue
Depart from Pangong Tso in the morning, heading towards Nubra Valley via the scenic Shyok route. Drive along the banks of the Shyok River, marveling at the rugged yet breathtaking landscapes that characterize this remote region. After your lunch, visit the Diskit monestry & reach Hunder by evening. Explore the Hunder sand dunes on camelback or by foot, enjoying the unique desert landscape amidst the Himalayas. Reach the property after exploration. Dinner & sleep overnight
After breakfast in the morning, head to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La (One of the highest motorable roads at 5359 mt). As you reach Leh by evening, take some time to explore the local market and cafes. This is your last chance to soak up the vibrant culture and traditions of Leh, and maybe even shop for some unique souvenirs to take back home for your friends and family. After a day of exploration and adventure, return to your hotel in the evening. Enjoy a delicious dinner, and then get some well-deserved rest and relaxation, dreaming of the incredible memories you've made during your journey
Get ready for another day of adventure as you wake up to the stunning vistas of Leh and depart for the scenic town of Kargil. As you travel towards Kargil, be sure to make stops at local spots of interest such as the Hall of Fame, which pays tribute to the brave soldiers who fought for our country. Visit Zanskar and Indus Conuence, where two mighty rivers meet and ow together. Visit the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and marvel at the magnetic hill, where the natural surroundings create an optical illusion that makes it look like vehicles are rolling uphill. Drive from Lamayuru to Kargil via Namika La [3700m] , Fotu La [4108m] and Mulbek. As you reach Kargil by evening, check in to your hotel and relax after a day of travel and adventure.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, it's time to set off on the next leg of your journey, toward the charming city of Srinagar. As you journey towards Srinagar, get ready to be awed by the stunning natural beauty of the region. First on the agenda is a visit to Drass, often referred to as the Gateway to Ladakh and also known as the coldest inhabited place in India. Feel the chill in the air as you explore this unique town and its surroundings. Next, it's time to tackle the Zoji La Pass, one of the most challenging and breathtaking mountain passes in India
