Declaration

All payment should be made in the name of  “Tripeod”

All money transfers for your respective packages should be made directly into tripeod Bank  accounts / finance team and not to anyone’s personal account /paytm/Google pay/ phone pe/any UPI/cash.

Cash Deposit in Company’s Bank Account is Striclty not allowed.

Guest PAN Card is Mandatory in case of Cash Paymnent more than INR 49000.

If the above happens then one will be held personally liable for the loss & Tripeod will have no liability.

Transportation provided will be as per itinerary only (not at disposal)

The package does not include guide services

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice

The package cannot be combined with any other offer

Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned cancellation policy of Hotel, Flight & Cab and TEAM Tripeod

The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Subject to Confirmation )

Tripeod  reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.

Flight Cost can change without any prior notice.

In case of any Cancellation Due to COVID-19 Situation or Lockdown Full Refund/Credit Shell will be given against Paid Amount depends on Hotel/Airlines/Transporter.

Rider Will Require Valid Driver’s License

It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID Card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.

Our tour captain reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest, if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the tour captain or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the tour captain.

Certain tours may have different policies during different times of the year and our policy may not apply to them

In Case of Lockdown due to COVID Guildlines Full Amount has been retund or Credit Note shall be issued if Prior Discussed.

Payment Policy for Domestic

  on or before 30 days before service starts, 30% of the total package cost

  From 29 days up to 20 days before service 70 % of total cost

  From 20 days up to 10 days before service 100 % of total cost

 for flight booking 100% amount  Advance require with 30% of land holiday package

Payment Policy for  International Holiday packages

on or before 30 days before service starts, 50% of the total package cost 45  Daysbefore service 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

  on or before 30 days before service starts, 30% of the total package cost

  From 29 days up to 20 days before service 70 % of total cost

  From 20 days up to 10 days before service 100 % of total cost

Flights Cancellation Policy

We follow as  per  the airline cancellation policy and company charge   10% of total value of flight as services charge.

Refund Policy

  on or before 45 days before service starts, company refund 70% of the total package cost

  From 45 days up to 30days before service  30% of total cost

  From 29 days  before service 0% of total cost

Important Note  –

Policy for flight booking

We do not sell flight only .after book the flight if customer denied to continue  the land package as discussed prior book the flight company reserve the right to cancel the the flight and refund amount as per airlines cancellation piolicy with 10%  service charges . (this policy is  only for this and relevent scanrio  )

if medical problem need to submit complete hospital bill and prescription and accordingly we can try assist you if possible and cannot provide guarantee of refund as per cancellation policy.

GST & TCS is Mandatory  for every booking and Guest.
